Mark your calendars for the 158th Huron Community Fair to be held August 9-15, 2026.

Registration has closed for Market Beef (Fats).

Registration for Prospect Feeder is April 16-30, 2026.

Registration for Sheep is May 1-15, 2026.

Registration for Swine and Dairy Cattle (Youth & Open) is May 16-31, 2026.

Registration for Goats, Poultry and Rabbits is June 1-15, 2026.

Registration of Horses & Still Projects will be June 16-30, 2026.

Please note: In 2027, fair age will change to match 4-H age as of January 1, 2027.

In April, please go to http://huron-community-fair.fairentry.com/ to register your Feeder Steers. Be sure to select your Showmanship class as well.

Don't wait until the last minute to register. Please make sure to register your animal before the deadline.

Also remember to enter your spares for each child that is sharing that spare. If you have problems on FairEntry with large animal registrations, please email huroncountyjla@gmail.com.

A friendly reminder...

For all currently enrolled 4-H members, all account information from 4-H Online has been integrated into FairEntry, so there is no need to create another family profile in FairEntry.

4-H families logging into FairEntry http://huron-community-fair.fairentry.com/, after selecting you want to participate as an Exhibitor, please select 4-H Online (on the right) and sign in using your family email and password to make entry.

If you recently enrolled/re-enrolled in 4-H Online, your enrollment MUST be approved and uploaded into FairEntry before registering your animal.

For FFA members or Independent exhibitors (not enrolled in 4-H Online), all account information from the previous fair year should be available and can be edited, using your FairEntry exhibitor account as long as the email and password are known.

NOTE: The Huron Community Fair has many great photo opportunities during the fair week. You are giving permission for the Huron Community Fair to share these images or likeness of your youth for promotional, publicity, and advertising purposes only.

If you wish for your youth to be exempt from having their photos used for promotion, publicity, and advertising purposes, you MUST put it in writing no later than Friday, July 3, 2026, to the Huron Community Fair Board.
